Impact Hub Inverness has prepared a draft Local Place Plan for Lochs, on behalf of the three Lochs Area Forums.

The proposed Local Place Plan covers Lochs in lewis, made up of three areas: Kinloch, North Lochs, and Pairc and contains proposals for: Community Facilities and Local services; Crofting, Community Growing and aquaculture; Community and Renewable Energy; Digital Connectivity; Environment and Heritage; Economy; Housing; and Transport and Travel Safe Movement. The purpose of our proposed Local Place Plan is to identify community needs and aspirations and identify areas for development in order to influence the new Outer Hebrides Local Development Plan (3).
