Cancellation Policy

Room and Hot-Desking Bookings

​

Bookings for meeting rooms and hot-desking spaces may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing us with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

​

Where the required notice is provided, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of any amount paid for the booking or, where agreed, a credit toward a future booking.

​

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, and the full booking fee will remain payable. The same applies where a customer does not attend or does not use the booked space.

​

Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing inverness@impacthub.net, and will take effect when received by us. Customers are responsible for retaining confirmation of their cancellation.

We may, at our discretion, permit a booking to be rescheduled where less than 72 hours’ notice is provided. Any such arrangement is made on a case-by-case basis and does not affect our right to apply this cancellation policy to future bookings.

If we cancel a booking and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the customer will receive a full refund or, with the customer’s agreement, a credit toward a future booking.

Nothing in this cancellation policy affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
