Research

We have many years of experience working in and with rural communities, especially in the Highlands and islands.  Because of this experience and knowledge, we get involved in research projects from time to time. 

 

In recent years this has included working with academics at Newcastle University and SRUC to explore the experience of financial hardship in rural Britain, and working with Ipsos MORI to assess Community resilience in Scotland’s islands during the COVID-19 pandemic.
