Facilitation

Sometimes it helps to have an external facilitator to work with a whole team, which allows the team members to focus on the discussion rather than the process. If you would like some facilitation support we would work with you to plan the facilitated session, looking at the aims for the day and designing content and delivery to suit.  After the event, we would collate the findings and prepare a report for you to use for the next steps of the organisation’s development.
