Impact Hub Inverness worked with ReBoot to help them with redeveloping their business plan for the next 3 years.  We worked with ReBoot through the Just Enterprise programme, where they were able to access free business support.

Tell us a little bit about the organisation
"ReBOOT is a Charity / Social Enterprise dealing with unwanted computer waste.  We work with businesses and the public across the north of Scotland to reuse or recycle IT hardware for the benefit of the environment and community.  We offer a free recycling service, affordable IT sales and repairs, free donations to those unable to purchase and volunteer opportunities.  Working with local schools and colleges we also offer hands on work experience to those furthest from the employment market."

Why did the organisation apply for support through Just Enterprise?
"As an account managed enterprise with HIE, ReBOOT was at the later stages of its previous Business Plan. Through guidance from our account managers we applied for support from Just Enterprise to redevelop a new plan for the next three years."

What did the Just Enterprise support help the organisation with?
"Just Enterprise offered us pin point consultancy support from Impact Hub to re-develop a new Business Plan, whilst also offering insights into some policy reviews."

What were the main things that happened as a result of the Just Enterprise support?
"ReBOOT got a new three year Business Plan.  We were able to meet and discuss our future plans with skilled consultants who developed the plan and offered an “outside” perspective on future progress. We were also sign posted to other support for a specific policy we needed to develop."

What are the organisation's plans for the future?
"We will use the new Business Plan in conjunction with support from HIE to sustain operations and develop the enterprise, continuing our support within the community and environment."
