How to book a meeting room |

Skedda is the system we use for room bookings and availability. Below are the steps on how to book a meeting room online:

1. To open Skedda, click here.
2. You will now be able to view of our rooms and availability.
3. For room information and prices, click the icon beside each room name
4. Click on the date you would like your room booking.
5. Click on which room you would like to book.
6. Enter your email address.
7. A booking form will appear. Enter the date, times and room required.
8. In 'booking title' put either your name or company name.
9. In 'booking notes' include:
- number of attendees
- your address and postcode (for invoicing)
- if tea and coffee is required
- if lunch is required
10. Fill out the other details (name, phone number, organisation).
11. Read and agree to the terms and privacy policy, then click confirm.
12. You will receive a booking confirmation email.
