Please describe the work Impact Hub Inverness has done with your organisation
"Impact Hub carried out a Social Impact report for PST to review the impact of PST grant making activity over the five years to 2020.
The study was commissioned in January, and PST Board members, staff, interviews with grant recipients and the Point and Sandwick community were conducted during the first six months of 2020, and despite lockdown in March, a comprehensive draft report was presented to the PST Board in September 2020.
The report was endorsed by the PST Board and presented to the AGM in November 2020.
A new PST 5 year Community Development Plan was also researched and delivered in the same timeframe in tandem with the Social Impact report, and the report was also endorsed by PST members at the AGM in November 2020.
Impact Hub were selected to carry out both these reports by PST because of their expertise and reputation for producing high quality, honest and authoritative work over many years for community organisations and businesses in the Highlands and Islands.
Despite the logistical difficulties imposed by lockdown, both reports were delivered on time and PST Board members were very impressed by the quality and depth of the work."
How has this work helped your organisation and benefited the community you support?
"Impact Hub have produced two very important reports for PST, assessing the social impact of our work over five years in a very honest, open way, consulting in depth with the PST community and producing reports which will be the PST blueprint for community engagement and grant making over the next five years.
This will ensure that PST will continue to carry out valuable, measurable work in our community and continue to enjoy community support in doing so."
How did you find the quality of work and client interaction whilst working with Impact Hub Inverness?
"The quality and client interaction with Impact Hub at all stages of their work with PST was second to none.
They certainly lived up to their reputation for producing quality work on time, and at very reasonable cost, keeping the PST Board informed at all stages as the work progressed".
